Pred zagonom v obratu je treba opraviti prvi zagon zobniških delilnikov pretoka brez obremenitve.
Description
Ti razdelilni ventili so namenjeni napajanju dveh neodvisnih hidravličnih tokokrogov z eno samo črpalko.
Napaka delitve pribl. 3 %.
Možnost nastavitve različnih tlakov po odsekih.
Ventili so nastavljivi v območju 70 - 210 bar, druga območja nastavitve na zahtevo.
Po predelavi na notranji odvod iztekajočega olja ventili za naknadno sesanje ne delujejo.
Zasnova zobniškega delilnika pretoka: qi = Q/z * 1000/n
qi = delovna prostornina/presek [cm³]
Q = skupni vstopni volumski pretok [l/min]
z = število odsekov
n = število vrtljajev [vrt/min]
